| sooo yea. Xanga. Some good memories, and some bad ones. This is crazy. it's been over 2 years since i've seen this thing. of course I have been up to quite a bit. I will just outline it for everyone.
*Junior at Grand Valley State University
*Major- Advertising and communications
*Pageant freak. 2nd runner up Calhoun County 2007 looking to win soon and get started with lots of plans as a title holder. look for me in the future
*Still dating the most amazing man in the entire world, wesley for almost about 3 1/2 years now. Wow!
*Recently got and internship with the GVSU D3 mens hockey team
*D3 team manager
*Worked at a bar in a golf course this summer. Creepy golfers.
*Joined the equestrian team at GVSU for a semester but too expensive to keep up with. Placed 4th in my first show since the 6th grade though! :)
*Went on an amazing spring break with wesley in spring 2007 to florida!
*Will be turning 21 in march!
*Still a good girl just like in high school. yes I dont drink or do any drugs. it's stupid
*Joined Habitat for Humanity and cant wait to build my first house
*Went to see Journey, Rascal Flatts, and Josh Gracin in concerts
*Still go to Red Wings games when I can
*Spent the worst 5 weeks of my life all alone while wesley was in Mexico studying abroad.
*Live in my fist house currently, yay no more apartments!

| Wow! its been forever since I've
updated. Sorry. Well a lot has been going on. I graduated from High
School finally. It was so awesome. I got the Dramatic Arts award for
the senior class and was so surprised. I didn't think I would get any
award at graduation besides my diploma. My dad got to hand me my
diploma when I crossed the stage and It was so cool. I was so happy. I
never thought the day would come. Now I'm off to college
The
summer has been so awesome. I've been hanging out with my friends and
Wesley a lot and working to make those extra bucks for college. I
helped coach summer tennis for the team and It was fun to play with all
of them again. They are going to have a great season. But I feel bad
for them because there is already so much drama with in the team. Some
people need to grow up and get over things when they don't get there
way. Anyway, I also started working at Marshall Fields, soon to be
Macy's, and that is so much fun. The people there are awesome and so
nice. I love working there. The biggest highlight of my summer was
competing in the Miss Calhoun County Pageant in July. It was so much
fun. All of the girls were awesome and we all got along great. A
pleasant change form high school. lol. I did a Jazz Dance for my Talent
which I must admit wasn't the best dance of my career. The floor was
really slippery and all of the dancers were falling and slipping. I had
fallen everyday during rehearsals and when it came time to perform, I
tried to be confident but I slipped and lost my focus the rest of the
dance. I got no height on my leaps and such and I looked terrible. I
dance way better then that but oh well its a learning experience and it
turned out ok anyway. I got 4th runner up which was amazing and I also
got the spirit of Miss America award,which is basically another name
for Miss Congeniality, and I also got the viewers choice award. I was
so surprised and so so so excited. I am doing more pageants coming up
during the school year.
Wesley
and I are doing great. We had our one year on May 14 and it was perfect
because we got to celebrate it on at prom. It was so much fun and he is
an amazing guy. I live him so much. we have been doing everything
together this summer. He took me to Cedar Point this past Saturday and
we had so much fun. I haven't been there since I was 4!! Now we have to
go off to school again and I wont get to see him as much but I will get
to come watch him play on the Grand Valley Hockey team on weekends when
I'm not working. He is moved in already but is going back to school on
Sunday:( I leave for school on Tuesday!!! OMG I only have a week left.
That is so crazy to think about. I had to grow up sometime.

| wow. it's been a while. I have just
been so busy the past few weeks that I don't have time to do anything
else. I have had so much fun the past few weeks and it's made the last
weeks of school go by so so fast. Only 9 days left!! I'm so excited.
Now I just have to pass my government exam and I'll be in the clear.
So I have been up to a lot. On the
22 Wesley and I went and saw Phantom of the Opera. It was so good. I
have always wanted to see that show. I was so into it and Wesley was
making fun of me because apparently I had this really funny look on my
face the whole time. I couldn't help it. I was singing all the songs
and just had an awesome time.
The Choir finally went on our
Chicago trip. That was a blast. We had a lot of fun. I hung out with
the gang ( my partners in crime) the whole time and we were just crazy
fun and did some pretty stupid stuff. That made the trip more
enjoyable. We Went and saw the best shoe ever created. We saw Wicked.
OMG. that had to be the best show I've ever seen. I encourage everyone
to go see it if you ever have a chance. Even if you don't like musicals
you have to go see it because the singers are awesome and nobody can
hate it. Everyone was awesome. I want to go see it again. We went to
navy pier 3 times, that got old really fast. We were shopping the whole
time. I got some cool stuff but I tried to save most of my money.
Chicago is an expensive city. We went to bubba Gump shrimp and it was
really good. I didn't feel well that night but I was able to enjoy some
of the food. We also went to Jo's Beep Bop Cafe. Now that was
some good food. And they just kept bringing out more and more food as
the night went on. Delicious. we took a bout cruise and saw all of
Chicago. It was so beautiful. I would love to live there. The best part
about the trip was going to Six flags great America. That was awesome.
I rode almost every roller coaster. I love roller coasters and I
haven't been on one in like 5 years so it was a blast for me. It was
cold and raining the whole time but it didn't stop me from dong
anything. Then we just hung out at the hotel at night and got into
trouble like always. What can I say, that's me ;) no not really. we
didn't get into that much trouble. we swam in the pool and hung
out in the sauna most of the time. It was a blast. so that's my
Chicago trip.
Wesley is finally home from college
for the summer. Yeah!!!! No I can see him all the time. And the best
part is we will both be in college next year and he will be
playing hockey at Grand Valley. So I will get to go watch him play.
That's gonna be so much fun. He also just got a hot tub last week
so I have been spending most of my night there with
him. I have a hot tub too but mine is really old and his is bigger
and better. We have a lot planed for the summer and I cant wait. Also
Prom is next week!!! It's going to be so awesome and It's also my
one year with Wesley. Awwww. wow a whole year. That's a long
time. I have loved every minute I've spent with him. I love him so
much.
So yea. sorry it's so long but there is my book for you guys to read. have fun
Also great job to all of my buddies
and the rest of the cast of Our Town. The show was awesome It
really made me think about a lot of stuff and gave me different views

| Spring break is over and now its time to graduate! Woo Hoo!!!! cant wait. I just started middle school tennis. It's actually not that bad this year. the kids are really nice and some of them are really not bad for never playing before. I think we are going to have a good program this year. I'm really excited because Wesley is done with school in less then 2 weeks. Then its summer! now I have to get out of school and then we can have a fun filled summer together and then I'm off to college. I'm so excited. well that's about it. see ya. | | |
